In my opinion, I feel that Age is not so important, but Experience is much more important. In terms of the quality of work, its often accuracy and quality that comes with experience. Just like how you could entrust some important project to someone younger than you, I don't think you could bring yourself to do that. People with experience knows how to do things the right way and naturally the quality of the work done shall be better. Ironically, age some how deplete the quality of the work done as people will be more and more vulnerable to fatigue when they are old.(No offense to oldies=X) I don't really have much to talk about on this topic, as the topic requires us to discuss how true is it to say Age and Experience are important to the workforce in any country.=X What are your views? Please feel free to comment in the tag board.XD

Ever experience the problem of not being able to see the words on the board clearly, unable to hear or understand what the speaker is talking about? These problems, I believe, are being experienced by many people in many occasions. It can be seminar talks, lessons in class, morning assemblies or even a discussion during a meeting. This problems are always visible. However, with the help of Ultrabolter's( a company) latest invention, Classicclasshelper2000, those problems in classroom shall be eliminated.
Basically, the device is a 12 inches portable touch screen in the shape of a rectangle, the rectangle can be a miniature version of a whiteboard or a notebook at the same time. Accompanied with a set of headphones, the device proves to be a trusty helper.
Teachers can write with a 2 inches stylus on the Classicclasshelper2000 what they want to show the pupils. Almost automatically, the handwriting of the teacher will be transformed as accurately as possible to "Ariel" font, size 12 and be displayed on the screens of the students' Classicclasshelper 2000 via bluetooth or wireless internet.
Every set of the Classicclasshelper2000 is also accompanied with a microphone, such that teachers need not project their voice for every student to hear, student may also communicate with other students but what they say can be heard by the teacher. In this way, students that are sitting at the back can hear what the teacher is saying clearly and will no longer have the problem of not being able to see what the teacher is writing clearly.
What the teachers write on the device can also be saved by the students as notes in the future. That way, content of notes shall be as accurate as possible and need not be referred to merely depending on memory.
Teacher may also give instuctions on the device about classwork, and at the same time, monitor what the students are doing on their devices.
The Classicclasshelper has been approved by the Ministry of Education and is now selling at a discounted rate for CNY offer. What are you waiting for? Hurry and get one for yourself, while stock last!
BlogPromt3: Silver Workforce

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
Today, I will be giving a speech on the reasons you should hire older workers.
Firstly, most older workers are more hardworking than youngsters nowadays. Youngsters cannot stand the hard work and often complains, also, older workers are willing to work for a lower pay.
Many people thinks that the quality of work done by older people cannot be compared to that of done by a younger worker. However, that is definitely not true! Can a random youngster replace me on the stage, giving a speech like this? No! As the Chinese saying goes: The salt older people eat are much more than the rice youngsters eat. Ironically, the saying portrays that older people have much more experience than youngsters and can also make decisions more accurately most of the time.
What I am telling all of you here is is not to discourage you from hiring younger people, but, to encourage you not to reject older people without consideration. Many older people like me are rejected by companies or jobs because those people do not consider us at all!

More and more older people in the society have no jobs, no money and shall live in poverty for the rest of their lives. Can you imagine yourself, not getting a chance to show your abilities, rejected at the sight of your wrinkles, white hair and moles? That is definitely a very cruel thing if it is to happen.
What I am here today, giving a speech to directors and managers of big companies is because of a chance. A chance given to me by the MOH a couple of years ago. If not, who knows, I may still be a penniless, hunched back old geezer who sells ice cream at a neighborhood kindergarten .
Thereby, once again, I remind all of you present to give older people a chance, consider them, help them and help the society.
This concludes my speech. Thank you for your attention.
Lamb to the slaughter.

Blogging's hard, you have to observe lots of rules, especially doing it as an assignment, not even short forms are allowed. Life's hard man. What about blogging about life, that's 2x the hardiness(if there is such a word)!
Enough about complaints, I'm here to update my blog(which I does 2 times a week). Today, I am going to talk about my reflections on a particular Literature text we had read.

The title's called lamb to the slaughter and its written by Roald Dahl. The story is basically about a woman who loved his husband dearly. One day, her husband told her that he was going to divorce her and in fits of anger, the woman(Mary Maloeny) took
out a frozen lamb leg and knock his husband out.( Her husband died) Roald Dahl had made the setting of the story extremely thrilling and throughout the whole story, its full of surprises everywhere. Though the story is not too long, but once you read it, I bet you will not put it down till you finish it.

In my opinion, I think the woman has a sort of mental problem. She was able to compose herself after killing her husband, whom she loved so much and was even daring and scheming enough to fool the detectives. Notice the earlier part of the story, the way she served her husband and the way she replied to her husband's response, I think that the author had made her seem to be mentally unstable to have the story more interesting.
To end it off, I think this story has an excellent setting and plot, leaving a positive impression in my mind.
