In my opinion, I feel that Age is not so important, but Experience is much more important. In terms of the quality of work, its often accuracy and quality that comes with experience. Just like how you could entrust some important project to someone younger than you, I don't think you could bring yourself to do that. People with experience knows how to do things the right way and naturally the quality of the work done shall be better. Ironically, age some how deplete the quality of the work done as people will be more and more vulnerable to fatigue when they are old.(No offense to oldies=X) I don't really have much to talk about on this topic, as the topic requires us to discuss how true is it to say Age and Experience are important to the workforce in any country.=X What are your views?
